About the role

Amplifon Americas, parent company to Miracle-Ear, a world leader in hearing health care, seeks a Bilingual Customer Care Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in call center, telemarketing, or high-volume sales, and be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls with existing and prospective clients to schedule appointments with Miracle-Ear's Hearing Care Professionals.
  • Drive marketing campaigns by being the first point of contact for customers engaged through various marketing channels and capturing customer data.
  • Educate customers on Miracle-Ear programs, products, and services and resolve client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update as necessary.
  • Develop client rapport by providing best-in-class client experience for a diverse customer base.
  • Provide other duties as required, which may include reception support, admin support, Clinic support, and basic invoicing.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish
  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume sales, call center environment, or telemarketing
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and comfort with technology
  • Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Able to type while listening attentively while on the phone
  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a range of clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or the healthcare industry
