Bilingual Copywriter (Spanish/English) - Olympic & Paralympic Games
The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing and Communications Copywriter will be responsible for creating engaging copy across various marketing and sales channels. This role requires collaboration with the IOC and LA28 to ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines while driving engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Writing engaging copy for a variety of sales and marketing channels
- Partnering with the marketing designer to build marketing assets and templates
- Ensuring all copywriting is insight- and data-driven, on brand, and driving results
- Establishing and maintaining a strong understanding of our audiences
- Presenting work to internal stakeholders
- Prioritizing and partnering with Creative and marketing channel teams
- Researching and keeping a pulse on trends, issues, and topics that matter most to key audiences
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of legal guidelines
- Translate creative concepts and messaging while preserving tone, meaning, and cultural nuance
- Adeptly adapt and refine content quickly based on feedback and evolving project needs
- Ensure copy consistency across all touchpoints while staying true to the LA28 voice
Requirements
- Native-level bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a copywriter
- Comfortable with feedback, testing, iterating, and learning
- Consumer copywriting experience; brand and performance
- B2B and B2C copywriting for sales materials and marketing copy
- Proven expertise and knowledge of email best practices, digital marketing
Qualifications
- Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
- Hiring Rate: Minimum $67,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)
- Hiring Rate: Maximum $90,000 annually
