- Conduct a comprehensive clinical assessment of values, strengths, and needs for the child/youth and the family system.
- Lead the development of a values‑based treatment plan and comprehensive safety plan, including a crisis response and intervention plan; review and update plans weekly as needed.
- Provide emergency response and intensive outreach to families to stabilize children and adolescents within their home during a psychiatric crisis.
- Deliver intensive family‑focused evidence‑based treatment interventions, including but not limited to Eliot’s values‑based transdiagnostic treatment framework, CBT modalities, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF‑CBT, CAMS, family therapies, integrated dual‑diagnosis treatment, self‑management plans, and other clinical interventions.
- Participate in an after‑hours and weekend on‑call rotation.
- Coordinate with internal and external programs and providers to ensure efficient and effective use of all available components of a continuum of care.
