Responsibilities
- Demonstrated a strong customer focus rooted in empathy toward the customer
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers
- Assess customers' various needs and provide expert service
- Be an advocate for the best solution to their problems through engagement with product, tech, and sales professionals
- Develop a comprehensive skill set and become a trusted adviser to our customers when they encounter problems, big and small
- Invest heavily in formal and informal training to drive your success
- Develop a strong understanding of CoStar Group and Apartments.com technology, tools, and products
- Meet and exceed customer and Costar's expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited, not-for-profit University or College
- Fluent in English & Spanish, both written and verbal communication
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role with a demonstrated track record of providing excellent customer care
- A strong interest (or experience) in real estate
