Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated a strong customer focus rooted in empathy toward the customer
  • Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers
  • Assess customers' various needs and provide expert service
  • Be an advocate for the best solution to their problems through engagement with product, tech, and sales professionals
  • Develop a comprehensive skill set and become a trusted adviser to our customers when they encounter problems, big and small
  • Invest heavily in formal and informal training to drive your success
  • Develop a strong understanding of CoStar Group and Apartments.com technology, tools, and products
  • Meet and exceed customer and Costar's expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited, not-for-profit University or College
  • Fluent in English & Spanish, both written and verbal communication
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role with a demonstrated track record of providing excellent customer care
  • A strong interest (or experience) in real estate

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (Communication, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, etc.) when dealing with internal and/or external audiences at all levels of management
  • A strong sense of responsibility to the customer and aren't satisfied until they are delighted
  • Ability to deliver results while working to deadlines under pressure
  • An upbeat, positive attitude
