Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication with both English and Spanish-speaking staff members to maintain client satisfaction. Flexible work locations include West Columbus, Hilliard, Dublin, and Upper Arlington.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment as needed
• Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and incidents
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and excellence

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in cleaning or janitorial services
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
