Interview Process
- **Introductory Interview**
- Purpose: To assess availability, location, and suitability for current clients.
- Topics: Availability, experience, handling tense situations, communication skills, interest in children, and knowledge of developmental approaches to autism care.
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Interviewer: Member of our Recruiting Team
- **Clinical Interview**
- Purpose: To test for personality fit with clients and cohesion with the local team.
- Topics: Experience, skills, interest in the job, and handling real-life situations.
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Interviewer: Member of our Clinical Team
- **Offer Call**
- Purpose: To communicate decision and discuss details of the offer.
- Duration: 20 minutes
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Interviewer: The Recruiter who interviewed you
Onboarding
- Begins immediately after acceptance of offer.
- Steps:
- Account registration in Rippling (internal HRIS).
- Completion of required paperwork and background checks.
- Enrollment in New Hire Training (NHT) course.
- Placement into a training cohort within 1-2 weeks of signing the offer.
Matching with a Client
- Occurs towards the end of training.
- Process: Clients provide criteria, and we match based on compatibility.
- Expectation: Match within 2 weeks of completing training.
