We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to streamline our client's employee leave processes. This role will navigate deadlines and document requirements during employee leaves. Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for employees regarding Leave of Absence claims.
- Facilitate ADA leave process from request to return to work.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for leave and ADA processes.
- Review medical documentation for ADA leave eligibility and compliance.
- Address complex ADA cases with HR, legal counsel, and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement reasonable accommodations for return to work.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of ADA leave requests and communications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience in leave of absence administration and disability programs in large organization (preferably multi-unit).
- Skills & Licensing: CLMS certification preferred but not required. Obtain state-specific life/health insurance agent’s license within three months.
- Technical Competencies: Up-to-date knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related laws. Understand leaves of absence, disability, COBRA, and state laws.
- Must be Spanish Bilingual

Pay and Schedule
The salary range for this role is $40,900– $70,400. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, and industry certifications.
