Primary Responsibilities

• Providing daily routine care based on the Plan of Care, with assignments determined by demonstrated competency
• Cleaning and housekeeping (client rooms, laundry, and maintaining bathrooms)
• Engaging clients in conversation and activities for socialization
• Transporting clients to appointments and outings (as approved by caregiver and agency mutually)
• Making medication reminders, assisting with meal preparation and clean-up, and documenting all tasks in WellSky

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• State certification and license in good standing, if applicable
• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• ClearCare/WellSky experience is a plus
