Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable bilingual caregivers (Spanish/English) to support clients who benefit from care in their preferred language. This role is ideal for caregivers who enjoy building meaningful connections, providing hand-on assistance, and improving communication and comfort for clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support in both English and Spanish
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support daily routines while promoting independence and safety
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and office staff
• Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in condition

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required for scheduling and communication
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Caregiver must be compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable
