About the role
Atlanta Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join its Service Call Center team. This position involves connecting customers with sales team members and arranging valuable sales appointments.
Responsibilities
- Help customers schedule sales appointments
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Use MS Office Suite and CRM tools to manage inquiries and customer files
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and form compilation
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
