  • Competency with business software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • General knowledge of computers and data entry
  • Ability to understand and administer the Illinois Vehicle Emissions Program rules and regulations
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the Program operations, procedures and updates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand and communicate the Illinois Vehicle Emissions Program rules and regulations

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • Two to four (2-4) years’ experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment required; previous lead experience preferred
  • Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred
