- Competency with business software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- General knowledge of computers and data entry
- Ability to understand and administer the Illinois Vehicle Emissions Program rules and regulations
- Ability to adapt to changes in the Program operations, procedures and updates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand and communicate the Illinois Vehicle Emissions Program rules and regulations
Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Two to four (2-4) years’ experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment required; previous lead experience preferred
- Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred
