Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

About the role

Works closely with commercial paint customers to determine needs, answer questions, and recommend solutions. Expected to promptly resolve customer concerns and maintain high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Aid in making deliveries
• Stay knowledgeable on products offered and suggest improvements to sales

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
• Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
