Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)
About the role
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at the Mukilteo Commercial Branch Store #728124, located at: 12122 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo, WA 98275. This is a Full-Time Role with pay starting at $23.00 Hourly.
Responsibilities
- Aid customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
- Clean store equipment
- Aid in making deliveries, as needed
- Stay knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Suggest ways to improve sales
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
Requirements
This role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Wholesale Product Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
Skills
Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Sherwin-Williams products, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills are required.
