Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Accurately process sales transactions according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
• Stay informed about products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales performance.

  Qualifications

  • At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
