Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)
Responsibilities
- Aid customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Accurately process sales transactions according to policies and procedures.
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
- Clean store equipment.
- Assist in making deliveries as needed.
- Stay informed about products offered and discuss available options.
- Suggest ways to improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
