Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Denver

About the role

Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring a Hybrid, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) BCBA to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary

Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification
• Proficient with various assessment methods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
• Passion for working with children and families

Pay

$85–$110 per hour
