Bilingual BIM Project Manager

HotFoot Recruiters is partnering with a growing semiconductor engineering and construction company to hire a Bilingual BIM Project Manager supporting a large-scale semiconductor project in Phoenix, AZ. This role will lead a team of BIM/Revit Designers and serve as a key communication bridge between the design team, construction teams, engineering leadership, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have strong project-management experience and enough technical BIM/Revit knowledge to review the team's work, understand design issues, and help drive solutions. Position: Bilingual BIM Project Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ | Onsite Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Pay: $45–$50/hour DOE Language: Mandarin-English bilingual required Qualifications Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English required.Strong project-management experience required.Hands-on experience with Revit and BIM workflows required.Experience leading BIM Designers, CAD Designers, engineering teams, or technical project teams strongly preferred.Ability to read, review, interpret, and coordinate engineering and construction drawings.Experience with Revit model coordination, drawing review, markups, revisions, and design deliverables.AutoCAD and 2D engineering design experience preferred.Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, cleanroom, or large-scale construction experience strongly preferred.Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.Strong organization, leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily workload, priorities, and deliverables of the BIM/Revit design team.Assign projects and design tasks based on schedules and client priorities.Review BIM models and engineering drawings for quality, coordination, and completeness.Provide technical guidance and help resolve BIM, drafting, layout, and design coordination issues.Monitor team productivity, schedules, milestones, and outstanding deliverables.Coordinate design requirements with engineers, construction teams, field supervisors, and client representatives.Serve as a primary communication bridge between Mandarin- and English-speaking stakeholders.Communicate directly with the client regarding schedules, design issues, project priorities, and deliverables.Review design changes, field conditions, redlines, revisions, and as-built requirements.Manage documentation, model/drawing revisions, version control, and project tracking.Participate in coordination meetings and provide regular status updates to project leadership.Help improve BIM workflows, quality standards, communication, and overall team efficiency.
