Bilingual Assistant Manager - Sales

Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will do meaningful work and make a difference in our customers' lives!

Responsibilities

• Sales: Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, “white glove” service with a servant’s heart in stores and customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load, unload, and install products while following handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting, organized, and clean for customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record (company vehicle operation required).
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $14.45 – $17.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Full‑time, consistent schedule.
• Weekly pay (companywide).
• Sundays off – the store is closed.
