About the role
We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 239-unit apartment community in Duluth!
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience on an apartment community.
- Minimum two years of Assistant Community Manager experience on an apartment community.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work one Saturday per month.

Pay
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Schedule
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver’s License
