Bike School Instructor

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Bike Shop, provide park information, and promote instructional programs.
• Meet assigned riders/groups at designated times to start sessions.
• Conduct lessons in line with IMIC training guidelines.
• Serve as a Bike Park ambassador, offering assistance and guidance to riders.
• Monitor the park for hazards (e.g., downed trees, damaged signage) and report concerns to the Trail Crew Foreman.
• Assist with bike park operations or events as needed.
• Support bike patrol with daily trail sweeps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 4 years biking experience and 1 year of mountain bike instructor experience.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED.

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety practices, CPR/first aid certification.

Pay

$15 per hour

Schedule

May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
