Bike Patrol Security Officer

About the role

The Bike Patrol Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which may include operating a bicycle to perform patrol, inspections, and/or incident response services. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrol services and Security Officer duties within a mobile operation.
• Monitor and respond to incidents as necessary.
• Enforce regulations and directives for client sites.
• Preserve order and ensure compliance with client policies.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of bicycle operation is required.
• Ability to enforce regulations and directives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to operate a bicycle and perform patrol duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Passing physical fitness test.
