About the role

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bike Delivery Courier for their Madison, WI store located at 462 State ST, Madison WI 53703. As a Bike Courier, you will be the primary point of contact for Insomnia Cookies' fans, delivering the Cookie Magic wherever they are.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to loyal fans in a timely and safe manner
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers, both in-person and by phone
• Use the Insomnia delivery app to provide accurate status updates to customers

Requirements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Own a non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
• Have a smartphone with a data plan
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Be at least 18 years old to be employed
