About the role

We are looking for a part-time student employee to join Humankind childcare and development. This role offers not only financial benefits but also valuable experience relevant to your studies. Requirements

• You are pursuing a qualified HBO program that allows you to work in childcare, such as PABO, HBO Pedagogiek, SPH, Toegepaste Psychologie (with a specialization in children), Social Work (Youth profile), ALO, or similar. Check your eligibility here.
• Children feel comfortable around you, and you feel comfortable around them.
• You are independent and work well in a team.
• You are looking for a part-time or holiday job where you can grow both professionally and personally.
• You see working with children as a valuable addition to your studies and future career.
• You are flexible and available for full or half days. Even if you can only work a few hours, we’d love to talk.

During the summer, we develop a fun program for our children, who are also on vacation. Together with the children, you’ll go on adventures and have fun—whether it’s a trip to the zoo, a sports activity, a scavenger hunt, or lots of water fun. You can continue this part-time job after the holidays if you’d like.
