BigLaw Lawyers (Litigation / Corporate / M&A) – AI Legal Project(Remote -USD $140–$400/hour)

Ufinity Ventures is seeking highly experienced BigLaw attorneys across Litigation, Corporate, M&A, and related practice areas to contribute their legal expertise to an advanced AI training and evaluation project. This opportunity is designed for legal professionals with current or prior experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms and exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters.

Selected professionals will apply their legal judgment, research, drafting, and analytical expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. Your work will contribute high-quality, real-world legal insight that helps improve how AI models understand, reason through, and respond to complex legal matters. Prior AI experience is not required.

About the role

Candidates must have current or prior professional experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms. This requirement is central to the opportunity. Candidates should have experience handling or contributing to sophisticated legal matters in areas such as:

• Litigation
• Corporate Law
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Commercial Transactions
• Other sophisticated BigLaw practice areas

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across a variety of U.S. law topics, providing nuanced and well-reasoned insights.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure that information used is current, accurate, and appropriately supported.
• Draft, review, and edit sophisticated legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant legal documents.
• Assess legal texts and provide structured feedback regarding clarity, accuracy, reasoning, and alignment with established legal best practices.
• Analyze complex legal scenarios and apply professional legal judgment to determine appropriate conclusions.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, omissions, and other quality issues within legal materials.
• Contribute to legal content quality assurance and evaluation activities.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail while maintaining exceptionally high standards across all submissions.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary professionals to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Clearly communicate sophisticated legal reasoning to both legal and non-legal stakeholders when required.

Requirements

• Current or prior experience at one or more Vault Law 100 firms – mandatory.
• Active license to practice law.
• Strong academic and professional legal credentials.
• Substantial exposure to sophisticated legal matters within a top-tier U.S. law-firm environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in legal analysis, research, and drafting.
• Strong experience in one or more relevant practice areas, particularly Litigation, Corporate, M&A, or related areas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing sophisticated legal content.
• Ability to identify nuanced legal issues, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and errors.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience in Litigation, Corporate, M&A, or other sophisticated transactional/advisory practices.
• Experience handling high-stakes or complex legal matters.
• Experience reviewing and evaluating legal documents against defined quality standards.
• Experience with quality assurance or rubric-based evaluation of legal content.
• Strong track record of successful remote collaboration and participation in multidisciplinary projects.
• Interest in applying legal expertise to emerging technologies and AI systems.

AI Experience

No prior AI experience is required. This opportunity is designed to leverage the expertise of accomplished legal professionals. Candidates will apply their existing legal knowledge and BigLaw experience to help improve the quality and capabilities of next-generation AI systems.
