About the role
Full‑time permanent Bigdata Developer position located in Jersey City, NJ or Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and data wrangling on huge volumes.
- Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution within the Cloudera Big Data ecosystem.
- Work with Linux‑based infrastructures.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Kafka, Spark, Scala, SQL, Hive, Impala, Hadoop, Splunk, Autosys.
- Experience in data analysis and data wrangling for large datasets.
- Performance analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution skills in the Cloudera Big Data ecosystem.
- Experience with Linux‑based infrastructures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface with business users.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑driven.
- Willingness to learn technically and professionally.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good teamwork skills; ability to work in a distributed global team.
