• Demolition of concrete slab along 81' of sewer line
• Disconnection of 17 plumbing fixtures
• Replacement of sewer line
• Patching of concrete slab and replacement of aggregate
• Reconnection of 17 plumbing fixtures
• Replacement of finished flooring
• Removal and proper disposal of all demolished materials
• Contractor shall provide all required materials
