About the role
The position is responsible for overseeing the university's academic programs and ensuring they meet accreditation standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve academic programs based on feedback and research
- Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement new courses
- Oversee curriculum development and revision processes
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and accreditation requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with external accreditation bodies
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Education or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration
- Experience with accreditation processes and standards
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Qualifications
- Knowledge of current trends in higher education
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
