Bi-vocational Student Minister Position

About the role

Bethlehem Baptist of Springfield, TN is currently seeking our next student minister. This position is a great opportunity for those who sense a call to ministry, has a desire for students to know and grow with Jesus, and has a desire to be discipled under the tutelage of a senior pastor.

Responsibilities

• Be present on Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and all other scheduled events both within and outside of our church family as a representative of the student ministry as deemed necessary

Qualifications

• Passionate about Jesus and intentional about being invested in the lives of students
• Display a proficiency in biblical teaching
• Administrative skills
• Sufficient time management skills
• Works well with a team
• 3 years experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

$20,000 (annual)

Schedule

Weekly hours are flexible, but the position requires presence on Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and all other scheduled events as deemed necessary.
