Bi-Vocational Pastor

About the Role

Bi-Vocational pastor with Elder shared pastoral duties and responsibilities to include Sunday morning worship and pastoral care visits. Additionally, lead the church to participate in associational ministry and mission opportunities.

Qualifications

• A man called of God to the ministry of the Gospel, with a true Servant relationship
• Christian character and qualifications fitting him for office (1 Timothy 3:17)
• An overseer and shepherd, along with the Elders of the church, giving direction to the total ministry of the church (1 Peter 5:2-3) through the preaching and teaching of the Bible
• Willing to invest himself in ministry with teaching and along with the Elders share in the duties of visitation, baptisms, funerals and church associational meeting attendance
• Experience in the growth of a church
