BI Partner - Commercial Decision Partner (NKA) - Hybrid (Atlanta)
About the role
The BI Partner (Commercial Decision Partner NKA) is an embedded analytical partner supporting the National Key Accounts and channel strategy teams. This role performs NKA-specific analysis, builds customer-facing data narratives, and supports the full CDP model in partnership with the Manager.
Responsibilities
- Perform NKA-specific and channel-level analysis using Claude, retailer portals, and syndicated data sources, owning output quality and validating business logic before sharing; provide insights credibility in customer meetings.
- Support the Manager in building NKA business review, selling story, internal channel strategy and understanding narratives and customer-facing presentations, assembling analytical components and ensuring accuracy.
- Aid in DI build briefs for NKA and channel use cases, documenting business needs and acceptance criteria. For straightforward single-step automations within the BI Partner’s capability, may build directly, must complete DI intake meeting (led by Manager) before starting.
- Research and synthesize competitive, channel, and category context to support NKA strategic recommendations.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area to be considered for this role.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of commercial analytics experience, preferably with national account or key customer focus
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and Excel
- Comfort with customer-facing data applications and retailer portals
- Comfort with AI-powered analytics tools (Claude or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication for commercial audiences
- Experience with CPG syndicated data
- CPG experience in a national accounts or channel analytics role
- Preferred:
- Comfort with simple agent building using Claude Code or similar tools
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence, communicate clearly and concisely to gain alignment and drive action across varying audiences
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Time management and project management skills a must!
- Attention to details and dedication to getting things right

Pay
Competitive compensation package.
Schedule
Hybrid work schedule with employees expected to work on-site 23 days per week, with specific in-office days determined by business needs, including collaboration, planning sessions, training activities, and other team or leadership meetings.
