Bi-lingual Salesperson

About the role

RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time bilingual Sales Representative to sell quality products and services and process orders for English- and Spanish-speaking customers. The role offers an average compensation of $45,000 to $60,000 with bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the company, making a strong first impression.
• Provide superb customer service and build personal connections with customers.
• Listen to customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish to complete sales.
• Complete and review sales orders to ensure accurate processing.

Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to lift and organize heavy products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience is not required, but helpful experience includes customer service, account executive, sales representative, account manager, sales manager, or account representative roles.
