About the role

RNR Tire Express Is Looking To Hire a Full-time Bilingual Sales Representative To Sell Our Quality Products And Services And Process Orders For Our English- And Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Make a great first impression as the face of the company.
• Provide superb customer service and easily form personal connections with customers.
• Listen to customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) to make sales and achieve goals.
• Complete and review sales orders and ensure they are processed properly.
• Find satisfaction in seeing efforts reflected in your paycheck.

Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience is not required, but experience in customer service, account executive, sales representative, account manager, sales manager, or account representative is helpful.
• Must be able to pass a background check prior to hire.

Pay

You can make an average of $45,000 to $60,000 with bonuses. Top performers have earned over $75,000, close to $70,000, and $67,000 respectively.
