About the role
The Bi-Lingual Residential Paint Manager oversees the painting projects in residential areas, ensuring quality standards are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Oversee painting projects in residential areas
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure project completion within budget and timeline
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and provide updates
- Manage team of painters and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least 3 years of experience in residential painting management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
