About the role

This Business Execution Consultant 5 role supports reporting and analytics initiatives by developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise reporting solutions. The consultant will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver reporting capabilities that support operational decision-making, compliance, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines a software development background with strong SQL and reporting expertise. This position requires the ability to quickly learn proprietary tools and processes, independently solve complex challenges, and deliver high-quality reporting solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports using Power BI, SSRS, and Report Builder.
• Create, modify, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and reporting datasets.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Support operational and strategic reporting initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Validate reporting accuracy and ensure data integrity across reporting platforms.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios for reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot data, reporting, and performance issues.
• Learn and support proprietary SQL-based development tools and processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting enhancements.
