BI developer (Databricks + Pyspark/SparkSQL/Python)
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Onshore BI Developer with a strong focus on Anaplan model building and administration. The candidate will play a key role in delivering enterprise planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions, while also contributing to data integration and analytics initiatives using Python and PySpark.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning and financial use cases
- Perform Anaplan administration, including model optimization, access control, and lifecycle management
- Develop and maintain integrations between Anaplan and upstream/downstream data sources
- Utilize Python and PySpark for data preparation, transformation, and analytics where required
- Collaborate closely with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Anaplan model build and administration
- Solid understanding of enterprise planning and BI concepts
- Working knowledge of Python and PySpark
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to Finance or Planning systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
