Requirements
- 5+ years BI experience or Bachelor’s in related field
- Strong SQL, Power BI, and Tableau expertise (SSIS/SSRS a plus)
- Behavioral healthcare payer and data warehousing experience
- Build scalable BI solutions and translate business needs into data insights
- Analyze data sources and business processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability
- Develop and optimize BI solutions using SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Tableau for scalable reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions and actionable insights
- Manage BI projects, enforce data governance standards, and drive continuous improvement in analytics
