BI Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED)
• Prior experience with data export/import, data transformation, and data delivery preferred
• Familiarity with the Loan Servicing industry is preferred
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of business leaders to define data requests and deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to create and produce reports, data extracts, and data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL Server programming skills preferred
• Experience utilizing Power BI, preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid analytical skills
• Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment
• Ability to explain decisions and the reasons why to promote understanding and buy-in with others

Compensation

The hiring rate for this position is $70,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
