Job Summary

LBHS provides in‑home/community based one‑on‑one psycho‑social rehabilitation therapy and behavior interventions for children and adults within the Arizona special‑needs community. Our patient population struggles with both developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses. Direct‑support behavior‑health coaching staff work primarily in group homes, parent homes, and out in the community, and are trained in developmental disabilities and behavior‑health intervention therapy with a focus on complex behavior management.

Schedule

Three shifts are available:

• Monday – Sunday: 10 am – 4 pm
• Sunday – Thursday: 12 pm – 4 pm

All shifts are 6 hours long, Monday through Sunday.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Arizona resident; able to attend an in‑person interview
• Experience and ability to work with challenging behaviors
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR‑FA certification (training provided if not certified)
• Arizona Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one (assistance provided)
• Pass pre‑employment background check
• Pass drug test (pre‑employment and upon request)
