Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to identify and achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Provide support and engage clients in skills building, employment and vocational skills
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and treatment planning
- Manage case loads and coordinate crisis management
- Facilitate groups and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals
- Coordinate care with clients' support systems, including clinical teams, family, and community resources
Requirements
- Dependable, caring, and compassionate personality
- Find motivation in helping clients through their recovery
Qualifications
- BHT (Behavioral Health Technician) certification required
- Experience working with individuals in rehabilitation settings preferred
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage caseloads and handle crisis situations
- Proficiency in group facilitation and documentation

Pay

- Full-time position, 40 hours/week
- Flexible start times available: 7:30a - 4:30p or 8:30a - 5:30p
