About the role
The Assistant Football Coach position at Baker High School is available for the 2026-2027 school year. Placement on the salary schedule is contingent upon prior paid school district experience as a Football Coach.
Responsibilities

- Manage team practices and conduct meetings
- Attend games and travel with the team as needed
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team performance
Requirements
- At least one year of coaching experience at the high school level
- Strong knowledge of football rules and regulations
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and community members
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
