BHS Assistant Football Coach

About the role

The Assistant Football Coach position at Baker High School is available for the 2026-2027 school year. Placement on the salary schedule is contingent upon prior paid school district experience as a Football Coach.

Responsibilities

• Manage team practices and conduct meetings
• Attend games and travel with the team as needed
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team performance

Requirements

• At least one year of coaching experience at the high school level
• Strong knowledge of football rules and regulations
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and community members
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
