Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and counseling for Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Older Adults, and their significant others to address social and emotional problems.
• Offer information, referral services, and financial assistance referrals to patients and families dealing with illness, disability, or trauma.
• Perform case management and milieu management, including completing psychosocial assessments.
• Assist in the development and re-evaluation of Treatment Plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate discharge planning and maintain clinical records for each client during their length of stay.
• Complete necessary documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or a related field.
• In states requiring licensure, must be licensed upon hire and maintain current licensure in accordance with state regulations. In states without licensure requirements, current registration with the appropriate state board and/or clinical supervision to meet licensure hours is required.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current certification.
• Minimum one (1) year of Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience.
• Experience working with a diverse population addressing a wide range of issues (e.g., death and dying, maternal and child care, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness).

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $60,548.80 to $75,691.20 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
