Responsibilities

• Lead and take responsibility for assigned branches
• Regular visits to all branches
• Active participation in branches to optimize processes
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and HACCP regulations
• Implement planning goals and steer measures to achieve them
• Monitor competition and keep an eye on market trends

Requirements

• Experience in team leadership, ideally in bakery crafts, gastronomy, or food retail
• Driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel
• Affinity for numbers and a good sense of sales, returns, and staff deployment
• Hands-on mentality and readiness to actively work in branches
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and an open feedback culture
• Confident handling of hygiene and HACCP regulations
• Good MS Office skills
• Passion for baked goods and strong customer orientation
• Organizational talent, reliability, and flexibility, including weekend availability
