About the Role

A Day In The Life As a Beverage Steward, no one day is ever the same. Your success is poured into the facts that you are passionate about wines, beers and/or spirits, enjoy conversing with people, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service with a willingness to learn about the products in our broad portfolio. You will tantalize the tastebuds of our customers through tasting and sampling events helping them find the connection between beverages and cheese, meats, appetizers and more. Our customers are thirsting for help in the decision-making process, and you might be just the right person for the role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through tasting and sampling events
• Assist customers in selecting beverages by providing expert recommendations
• Plan, organize, and participate in beverage-related events
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Learn about and promote a broad portfolio of wines, beers, and spirits

Requirements

• You are 21 years of age or older
• Passion for wines, beers, and/or spirits
• Enjoy conversing with people and providing excellent customer service
• Energized by planning, organizing, and taking part in events
• Curiosity or interest in the finer details of wine, beer, and liquor
• Eagerness and willingness to learn
• Pride in your work, whether big or small
• Being a part of your community matters to you
