A Day In The Life As a Beverage Steward, no one day is ever the same. Your success is poured into the facts that you are passionate about wines, beers and/or spirits, enjoy conversing with people, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service with a willingness to learn about the products in our broad portfolio. You will tantalize the tastebuds of our customers through tasting and sampling events helping them find the connection between beverages and cheese, meats, appetizers and more. Our customers are thirsting for help in the decision-making process, and you might be just the right person for the role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through tasting and sampling events
• Assist customers in selecting beverages by providing expert recommendations
• Educate customers on the connection between beverages and complementary foods (e.g., cheese, meats, appetizers)
• Plan, organize, and participate in beverage-related events
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on product knowledge and passion

Requirements

• You are 21 years of age or older
• Passion or curiosity for wine, beer, and spirits
• Enthusiasm for planning, organizing, and participating in events
• Pride in delivering high-quality work, regardless of task size
• Eagerness and willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in conversing with people
• Commitment to being an active part of your community
