Beverage Service Equipment Manager - St. Louis, MO

About the role

Lead the St. Louis Inside Service operation, driving performance, quality, and innovation for commercial coffee, tea, and specialty beverage equipment. You’ll oversee teardown, repair, remanufacture, testing, inventory management, and fulfillment to ensure customers receive reliable equipment that helps businesses serve exceptional beverages every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians, warehouse personnel, and shipping and receiving associates.
• Create a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture where employees can learn, grow, and succeed.
• Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
• Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and other key performance metrics.
• Ensure every piece of equipment is repaired, tested, and ready to perform before shipment.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and equipment availability.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Parts, and Field Service teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and team performance.
• Help shape the future of an operation that directly supports customers throughout the Midwest and beyond.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in equipment repair, refurbishment, technical production, light manufacturing, or a similar environment.
• At least two years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience managing production performance and operational KPIs.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Passion for leading people and creating results.
