Essential Job Functions
- Greets each customer, politely offering alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks or taking food service orders.
- Retrieves drink orders from the beverage stations or bar areas and promptly delivers them to customers.
- Promptly takes beverage and/or food orders, accepts payment for item(s), and processes payment as outlined.
- Maintains accuracy of beverage/food orders and promptly delivers to the guest.
- Makes continual rounds throughout the gaming areas to maintain food and beverage service.
- Maintains a neat, clean gaming area by promptly removing used food/beverage containers.
- Promotes internal guest service standards through courteous and respectful behavior.
- Constantly maintains a clean, efficient work area, wipes spills, replenishes condiments and when able, assists with service and maintenance of beverage stations.

- Six (6) months of experience in the customer service/hospitality industry.
- Possesses or obtains a Food Handler’s and OLCC service permit within 30 days of hire.
- POS and cash handling experience.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Effective communication skills - provide instruction, respond to questions, and have exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
- Stand and/or walk for long periods; work in a smoke-filled environment; perform repetitive motions with arms, elbows, wrists, hands, and fingers; bend, lift, and maneuver 50 lbs.; and have good visual and auditory acuity to respond.
- Work a flexible schedule - weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Exhibits a professional demeanor through appearance and by maintaining a positive attitude toward all employees and guests.
- Requires a High-Security Gaming License clearance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
