About the role
Responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in an excellent and timely manner to ensure quality guest service. Responsibilities
- Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner.
- Takes beverage orders from guests and relays orders to bartender to deliver drink order to the guest at their location.
- Demonstrates salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge.
- Maintains cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
- Performs responsible alcohol service with regards to guest limitations.
