Beverage Server

Arizona Charlie’s, LLC offers career opportunities in hospitality, gaming, and entertainment. As a Beverage Server, you will support the beverage department by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service to guests while upholding the company’s guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options in a professional and engaging manner.
• Accurately follow all cash handling and Micros POS procedures.
• Request identification from guests when legal age is questioned.
• Follow all food and beverage regulations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws, company policies, Title 31, and federal regulations (if applicable).
• Provide outstanding guest service to both guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Obtain and maintain all required work cards (Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Card).
• Verify right to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a beverage server or in a customer service-related role preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently push/pull up to 25 lbs.
• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels.
• Regularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, and twist.
• Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer.
• Frequently standing and walking.
• Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone.
• Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds in person.
• Ability to distinguish between shades of color.
• Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.

Work Environment

• Indoor, potentially smoky, and noisy conditions.
• Bright flashing lights.
• Slippery surfaces.
• Exposure to dust, fumes, and/or gases.
