About the role
Our Merchandisers play a critical role by stocking, rotating, and displaying our products in customer accounts across Erie and Niagara County territories. This position offers an opportunity to develop the skills and experience needed to advance to a Sales Representative role. You will work independently, manage your own schedule, and be accountable for achieving your goals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all product is rotated and code policy is followed
- Display products according to Company standards
- Install and maintain permanent and paper Point of Sale material
- Organize and execute floor displays, window neons, and banners
- Perform cooler resets according to Company standards
- Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in your assigned area
- Be on-premise for every shift
- Develop and maintain effective customer relations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous retail experience
- Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the job
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
- Flexibility with schedule, as days can vary
- Valid driver’s license with active auto insurance
- Ability and willingness to work independently
- Must live in the Buffalo area

Pay
$37,440–$41,660 per year, commensurate with experience.
