North Florida Sales is a locally owned and operated company, established in 1995. We strive to be a leader in sales and service within the beverage industry in Jacksonville and Lake City, Florida. Representing brands such as Budweiser®, Michelob, Corona®, Shock Top, and Bold City, we have been serving the needs of beer lovers in North Florida for over 30 years.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise supermarket and club store products by filling coolers and shelves, rotating stock for freshness, and building displays as directed.
• Follow an established daily route sequence to ensure all customers receive proper service.
• Organize and consolidate back stock areas during each store visit.
• Resolve customer complaints when possible or escalate to a supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and sales representatives to meet all customer needs.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness and operate in a safe manner.
• Uphold North Florida Sales’ culture of dignity, respect, and teamwork.
• Attend required company meetings and adhere to all Anheuser-Busch policies and state beverage laws.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and courteously, keeping it clean at all times.
• Check mailbox daily for updates, customer communications, and other pertinent information.
• Responsibly manage all company-supplied equipment, including vehicles, phones, pass keys, and uniforms.
• Perform all other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a safe driving record meeting MVR guidelines throughout employment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Physical ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and consistently lift and move up to 35 pounds repetitively.

Schedule

This position requires working early morning hours, and weekends may be mandatory for some routes.

Pay

Starting pay is $19 per hour, increasing to $20 per hour after 90 days.
