Beverage Industry - Batcher and Blender, 1st shift

About the role

As a Batcher/Blender Associate, you will operate blending tanks to grind and mix materials, use pumps, filters, and scales during the blending process, and ensure product quality through precise measurements and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate tanks that grind and mix various materials
• Utilize pumps, filters, and scales throughout the blending process
• Verify the age and weight of raw materials before adding them
• Accurately complete labels and blend information sheets
• Take samples to quality control for approval
• Ensure the safe transport and storage of materials

Requirements

• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to keep complete and accurate written records
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Production experience a plus
• Forklift certification a plus

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (8-hour shift plus occasional overtime)

Pay

• $16.00 per hour
• Sign-up bonus up to $500.00
• Perfect Attendance Monthly Bonus Program up to $100.00
